The HVHTA will host its 2024 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, April 10 at 7pm at the Caledon Seniors Centre, 7 Rotarian Way, Bolton in the Egan Room.

Well-known Caledon photographer (and real estate agent) Roger Irwin will be the guest speaker.Many members are familiar with Roger’s exceptional photographs which are periodically posted on the HVHTA’s Facebook Page. Although an amateur photographer, the quality of his work is almost at the professional level. A constant companion on his excursions in Bolton and through Caledon is Sally, his Golden Retriever.

Roger’s interest in photography began as a teenager when he bought his first single lens reflex camera in 1965 and started taking photographs for his high school’s yearbook. As part of the presentation, he will be bringing a few dozen large photos for display. They will be the springboard for discussion and questions from the audience on his photo techniques. The presentation will take place in the second half of the meeting after the business portion and a short refreshment break.
